How can I make Money Using a Proxy Server

Here is some help on how you can make money using a proxy.
  1. Get a script
    Proxy scripts are usually written in PHP. As these scripts usually mean money, the good ones are hard to find and you may have to spend upwards of 100$ to buy one. Or to be really original you can always write your own!

  2. Find a host
    Next you must find a place to host your script. The host must support php if your proxy is written in php. You can get fairly cheap hosting for about 5$ a month with really good bandwidth. Or you can even host it on google's app-engine. But, if your script needs some funky url-rewriting, then you must make sure the host will allow access to your .htaccess file, and if not then some other kind of rewrite access. For paid hostitng you will also have to buy a domain name, but these are very cheap.

  3. Host proxy and Configure
    Now you will have to host the file on the web serrver and do any configurations required. This may involve small changes to the code to display your ads. Also you have to set up the proxy start page! This page is the gateway to your proxy.

  4. Publicize
    Once everything is set up, you havve to pubicize your proxy by trying to get it onto the thousands of 'free proxy lists' out there. You have to get people to use your proxy, so you will get the all important ad-impressions and click thrus, which lead to cold hard cash.
